Rental Terms and Conditions

     We look forward to helping you MAKE YOUR RIDE A PARTY!! We invite you to bring alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, light fare, or snacks, if you wish, to make your experience the “Best in the Low Country”. Reservations require a $200 credit card deposit at the time of booking.

 

     You have 14 days, prior to the date of service, to cancel without obligation and your deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations received less than 14 days, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Full payment is due 5 days prior to the reservation date and will be charged to your credit card unless, another method of payment is specified.

 

     Please remember that our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees, others, and our equipment. Also, to be able to provide you and your guests the best experience possible. By booking your reservation with us, you agree to all terms and conditions and are fully responsible for you and your guests.

·       No Smoking of any kind

·       No standing on seats

·       No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind

·       While the bus in motion, passengers must sit or stand behind the driver’s privacy wall

·       No hanging out of/ throwing objects out of windows

·       No glitter or confetti

·       No illegal drugs/contraband, of any kind, may be carried or used, in any Low Country Limo Bus vehicles. If any illegal activity takes place inside the vehicle, the Low Country Limo Bus driver may terminate the trip with no refunds and has the obligation to call the police.

·       No spilling food or drink. Before your departure of the Limo bus, passengers are to pick up all trash and wipe up any spills, supplies will be provided, (trash bag, paper towels, and wipes)

·       A $200 cleaning fee will be billed to your credit card in the even extensive cleaning was required after your rental. (Example, in case someone vomited or spilled drinks on the seats and floors, etc)

·       Any damages to the Limo Bus will be billed at the actual repair cost

·       Passengers consuming alcohol onboard must be 21 years of age

·       Gratuity is mandatory. Our drivers work hard to ensure an excellent experience for our guests. Several payment methods are available.

·       During your rental, it is the client's full responsibility to take care of their belongings. Please be sure to gather all your belongings at the end of the rental. However, for any lost and found items, do not hesitate to contact us. We are not responsible for any stolen or missing personal items
